About Art...
This work comes from lived experience — and seven years of working one-on-one with clients.
Ten years ago, Art could barely walk from severe back and hip pain while dealing with intense anxiety and depression. Through learning to listen to his body, reconnect with his breath, and release deep patterns of tension, he moved out of pain, regulated his anxiety, and has been medication-free for over a decade.
That personal journey inspired him to create Stretch Reset seven years ago — a one-on-one coaching method that has helped hundreds of people in Atlanta move better, heal from pain, and regulate their anxiety.
Art is a body-mind coach specializing in fascial release, emotional release, and stretch and mobility work. The Inside Out method is built on both his own transformation and everything he's learned working hands-on with real people. He's seen what actually works.
